I’m Melanie Jones, a dedicated hypnotherapist with a passion for changing people’s lives by guiding them to positive transformation. As a  parent of four (more or less) grown-up kids, I understand the complexities of family life, issues faced by children and adults of all ages, and the importance of balance.

 I am not only skilled at hypnotherapy but also a qualified meditation teacher, sharing the gift of mindfulness with those seeking inner peace.

When not helping clients through hypnotherapy, I love being outdoors either walking my dogs or running, combining my love for fitness with my appreciation of nature. I am on a journey to empower others to live their best lives, one session at a time.

I became aware of and interested in hypnotherapy after talking to a friend who told me how successful it had been in treating their child who was suffering with anxiety. This led me to book hypnotherapy to help a family member. This meant I saw first hand how effective and quick it was in resolving a long standing issue.

I quickly realised this was something I wanted to do as a career as I had always worked in roles which helped people but not as directly as with hypnotherapy.
